We accept payment via PayPal.
Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the “Pay Now” button, scroll down, and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.
We will not send any order until payments have been received.
If we haven’t received payment within three days of order date, we will contact you to check if you still want to proceed with the order, and if we don’t hear back from you within a further three days, then your order will be cancelled.
We use recyclable cardboard boxes and packaging to ship our items. Where possible, we re-use protective packaging material we have received in. All bubble wrap used to protect glass is from packages we have received ourselves and is being re-used so as not to create more plastic waste.
Orders will be processed within three working days and we dispatch Monday to Friday.
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Second Class, this service will generally take 2-3 days to arrive, but can take up to 14 days, and Royal Mail First Class, which will generally take 1 day to arrive.
Larger orders may be sent by courier company – we will advise which courier and give tracking details on dispatch.
For orders outside of the UK, we use Hermes’ fully tracked courier service.

What do I do if my item is not received within the expected timeframe?
Royal Mail: If your item has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please check with your local Sorting Office as undeliverable items are returned here for a variety of reasons and postal delivery workers do not always leave a card. If you have any further questions, please contact us and we will be pleased to help.
Other Courier: All of these are tracked and insured. If there is no tracking information on your order, please contact us for assistance.
We do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will need photographs of the damaged item/s in order to issue a refund and to proceed with a compensation claim from the courier. If your order doesn’t arrive within the timeframes stated in our Delivery section, please contact us and we will issue a refund. If you have any queries about your order, please contact us.
